Value Add is a short-term strategy (6-12 months) specializing in generating yields by improving, repositioning, and incorporating asset management action plans to income-producing assets such as (multifamily, etc) to generate high financial returns. 
Opportunity
Opportunistic strategies are medium term strategies (16-24 months) that involve developing or the restabilizing of assets across all major property types.
Core/Core+
Our Core/Core+ is a long term strategy (5+ years) specializing in acquiring high-quality assets throughout the United States. We primarily target multifamily, industrial, retail and storage property types.
