Jeremiah had passion for real estate early on, after attending the F.I.T. institute in Manhattan, New York with a concentration on advertising and marketing and Valencia College in Orlando, Florida with a concentration on Business Administration, he hit the ground running.

Specializing in the Treasure Coast market for over two decades, Jeremiah has overseen over a billion dollars in real estate transactions in retail, restaurant, office markets, industrial, and income producing properties. These projects include; Baron Shoppes of Stuart, multiple Auto Vault projects, Baron Landings, and more.

A philanthropist and a longtime supporter of education, Jeremiah created the Baron Academy for Autistic Children. He firmly believes in using his platform to be an agent of change. Being a positive role model, while providing services and resources to those most in need, he continues to be guided by his core principles of commitment, dedication, and respect.

James is a proven dynamic leader adept at building synergistic teams and has served numerous roles as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for several private and public companies throughout his 35-year career with documented success working in the real estate, construction and environmental industries. James prior legal experience includes real estate acquisitions and development, permanent and construction financing, mergers and acquisitions, complex negotiations, strategic planning and environmental awareness.
