Chris Belland

Born & raised in Martin County, FL Chris graduated from Martin County High School in 2000 & entered the car business. After owning a dealership from 2004-2012 he expanded into commercial real estate where he specializes in Industrial Warehouses & Retail Shopping Centers. In 2019-2021 he sold the most industrial real estate on the Treasure Coast. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, surfing & spending time with his son Beau.
